Service Status
Current health of CheapAI's routing layers. Read the methodology section below before drawing conclusions from the figures.
Important — read before interpreting these figures: The availability percentages below are measured at the CheapAI proxy layer only. They reflect whether CheapAI's routing infrastructure successfully forwarded requests to the upstream provider, not whether the upstream provider itself returned a correct response in all cases. Provider-side errors (rate limit responses, model-level errors) are not counted as CheapAI outages. The measurement window is a rolling 30-day period, updated approximately weekly. These figures are operational targets, not SLA commitments. CheapAI does not offer a financially backed uptime SLA.
Routing Layer Health
Measurement Scope & Limitations
- What is measured: Whether CheapAI's proxy layer successfully established a connection to the upstream provider and received a response (any response, including error responses from the provider).
- What is not measured: Provider-side content quality, model accuracy, rate-limit errors returned by providers to CheapAI, or end-to-end response correctness.
- Update cadence: Status is checked and this page updated approximately weekly. This page does not auto-update in real time.
- No SLA: CheapAI does not offer a financially backed Service Level Agreement. "Operational" means CheapAI is not aware of an active issue at the time of the last check, not a commitment to future availability.
- Provider outages: All providers have their own status pages. If a provider is down, that will affect CheapAI routing for those models.
